The extractor is the core equipment of the extracting workshop. The sprocket extractor adopts a double sprocket drive structure which combines transmission components with high sprocket components,which reduces the number of transmission parts and ensures the reliability and durability of the equipment.The high-level push plate prevents the crossflow of mixed oil at all levels between the layers,and ensures the leaching effect.The high board avoids the collapse of material when it is turned over and ensures the loosening effect of material turning over.The oil bucket is arranged at the bottom of the shell assembly to ensure the concentration gradient of leaching.The new chain plate extractor is especially suitable for the leaching equipment of high powder oil.
