The paper focused on risk analysis and assessment of import grain bulk lightening and transshipment process,which by combining the factors such as overloading and load reduction equipment,overloading and load reduction steps and relevant specifications,so as to identify possible safety risks and further standardize the overloading and load reduction process,in addition to provide reference for the management of overloading and load reduction of bulk grain transit and load reduction.
