大豆毛油中含磷量检测浊度法研究

Study on the determination of phosphorus content in soybean hair oil by turbidity method

研究大豆毛油中含磷量与浊度的关系。在室温条件下使用浊度仪通过浊度分析方法进行快速测定,实验时称取5.00g大豆毛油,然后用丙酮将其定容至30mL,混合摇匀,在室温下静置5min后,放入哈希TL2350型台式浊度计中进行读数,读数通过相关方程直接转换成豆毛油的含磷量,这种方法与磷钼蓝分光光度法相比可以快速测定大豆毛油中的含磷量,而且操作简便。

The relationship between phosphorus content and turbidity in soybean oil was studied. Rapid determination by turbidity analysis using a turbidimeter at room temperature,weigh 5.00 g of soybean oil in the experiment and then make it to 30 mL with acetone,mixed and shaken,and allowed to stand at room temperature for 5 min,and then placed in a Hach TL2350 benchtop turbidity meter for reading. Reading directly by converting the phosphorus content of soybean oil by the relevant equation. Compared with the phosphorus molybdenum blue spectrophotometry,this method can quickly determine the phosphorus content in soybean oil,and is easy to operate.
