三种植物病原菌毒力因子的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 以核桃黑斑病菌、野油菜黄单胞菌、水稻白叶枯病菌为研究对象,利用致病因子相关检测培养基,通过生物化学方法对其群体运动性、胞外酶分泌能力、胞外多糖分泌能力及生物被膜形成能力进行分析;同时开展菌株对逆境抵抗力的研究。结果表明,三种病原菌的致病因子表现出明显的差异,且对逆境具有不同耐受力。不同病原细菌间分泌毒力因子的能力不同,这可能是病原微生物对其宿主植物致病性有强弱之分的主要因素之一。 Taking Xanthomonas arboricola pv. juglandis , X. campestris pv. campestris , and X. oryzae pv. oryzae as objects, the ability to motility, secrete for extracellular enzyme and extracellular polysaccharides, the ability to form biofilms were analyzed by using the pathogenic factor-related detection medium and biochemical methods. At the same time, the resistance to stress environment of three strains was studied.The results showed that the pathogenic factors of the three pathogens revealed significant differences and had different tolerance to stress. Different pathogenic bacteria have different abilities to secrete virulence factors, which might be one of the main factors that pathogenic microorganisms had different pathogenicity on their host plants.
