摘要 针对目前快递柜格口尺寸限制了空间利用率等问题,基于魔方转动的原理和结合蒸笼的结构,设计了新型快递收发一体机,重点介绍了新型的快递柜结构设计原理和运行模式。结果表明:新型快递结构系统不仅可以解决快递柜储存数量低、占地面积大的问题,而且根据快递的大小、重量自动将其储存在不同层,在有限的空间内,最大限度提高储存效率,同时解决了需要人力看守的问题,彻底解放劳动力。该系统的设计及实现对快递收发的发展有一定的推动作用。 To solve the problem of space utilization limited by the size of express cabinet, a new type of express transceiver is designed based on the principle of magic cube rotation and the structure of steamer. The structure design principle and operation mode of the new express cabinet are mainly introduced. The results show that the new express structure system can not only solve the problem of low storage quantity and large area of express cabinet, but also automatically store it in different layers according to the size and weight of each express delivery. In limited space, the storage efficiency can be maximized and at the same time the problem of manpower guardianship can be solved to thoroughly liberate the labor force. The design and implementation of this system may in a sense promote the development of express delivery.
