摘要 氧化铜矿用硫酸浸出时,自由氧化铜容易浸出,结合氧化铜及次生硫化铜很难浸出;特别当氧化铜矿含铁量较多时,结合氧化铜的占比提高,相对应渣含铜升高,铜浸出率降低,铜回收率降低。试验研究在不同温度条件下,加硫酸对高铁氧化铜矿进行浸出,得出温度对氧化铜矿铜浸出率的影响,得出综合效益最佳浸出温度。 When sulfuric acid was used to leach copper oxide ore, free copper oxide was easy to leach but the combined copper oxide isn ' t. Especially when the iron content of oxidized copper ore is high, the proportion of combined copper oxide increases, the copper content of corresponding slag increases, the copper leaching rate decreases, and the copper recovery decreases. In this experimental study, the effect of temperature on the leaching rate of certain oxidized copper ore was obtained by adding sulfuric acid on the leaching of ferric oxide copper ore under different temperature conditions, and the optimum leaching temperature of comprehensive benefits was obtained.
