摘要
利用现代分离技术从南海红树林内生真菌 Aspergillus versicolor ZJ-ML1中分离出两个聚酮类新化合物dehydropalitantin(1),3-hydroxy-2-oxo-2H-chromene-6-carboxylic acid(2)和两个已知香豆素类化合物pestalasin E(3),3-hydroxymethyl-6,8-dimethoxycoumarin(4),通过一维和二维 1H NMR和 13 C NMR谱图,高分辨质谱(HRESIMS)及比对文献等解析方法确定了化合物的结构,并测试了分离化合物的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。
Two new polyketides compounds including dehydropalitantin (1),3-hydroxy-2-oxo-2H-chromene-6-carboxylic acid (2) and two known coumarins compounds pestalasin E (3),3-hydroxymethyl-6,8-dimethoxycoumarin (4) were isolated by a combination of various column chromatographic techniques from the extract of mangrove endophytic fungus Aspergillus versicolor ZJ-ML1.Their structures were identified on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR,HRESIMS and compared the literatures.The isolated compounds were evaluated for their α-glucosidase inhibitory activities.
