薰衣草精油治疗小鼠烧伤的实验研究

Effects of lavender essential oil on the wound healing of burn in mice

目的:探究薰衣草精油对烧伤小鼠的疗效。方法:采用随机排列表法将48只昆明小鼠分为5组:对照组(n=8)、模型组(n=10)、甘油组(溶剂对照组,n=10)、京万红组(阳性药物组,n=10)和薰衣草精油组(n=10)。除对照组外,其余各组小鼠用6%的Na2S溶液脱毛后使用95%酒精和自制固定烧伤装置处理皮肤进行烧伤建模,烧伤时间20s。烧伤后第二天开始分别对各给药组进行给药,甘油组、金万红组和薰衣草精油组分别采用60%甘油水溶液0.2ml、金万红软膏约0.2ml、薰衣草精油0.2ml局部涂抹烧伤皮肤,每天一次,共给药8天。按时间分别于烧伤后4,6,8天每组随机选取3只小鼠取背部组织经HE染色,进行病理评分。结果:与模型组相比,第4天开始,薰衣草精油组即有明显的治疗效果(P<0.05);而与阳性药物京万红组相比,第8天薰衣草精油的病理评分均数高于京万红组(P<0.05)。结论:薰衣草精油对治疗烧伤有疗效。

Objective:To explore the effects of lavender essential oil on the wound healing of burned mice.Methods:All together,48 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,the control group(n=8),the model group(n=10),the glycerin group(n=10),the Jingwanhong group(n=10),and the lavender essential oil group(n=10).Except for the control group,burn was induced on the back of the other groups by 95%alcohol and self-made fixed burn device.The second day after burning,each group was administered.At 4,6 and 8 days after the experiment,the back burnt tissues were HE stained.Results:Our results showed that the lavender essential oil had curative effects on burn(P<0.05),which was not induced by the moisturizing effects of solvent(P<0.05 compared with the glycerin group).On the 4th,6th and 8th day,the mean pathological score of the lavender essential oil group was higher than that of the Jingwanhong group.Conclusion:The lavender essential oil is effective in treating burns.
