列车闸片厚度测量仪头部的设计与检测性能 被引量:2

摘要 针对列车段检修人员对列车闸片厚度测量的问题,设计一种基于容栅传感器的列车闸片厚度测量仪。通过分析容栅传感器的工作原理与列车闸片的磨耗范围,所设计的测量仪头部为四节可伸缩结构,仿真分析了测量头部整体的应力云图,运用Weibull概率统计方法研究了磨损寿命曲线。结果表明:测量头部在10000次的使用次数限制内,凸台的磨损量小于0.3mm。该方法能够保证列车闸片厚度测量的精度。 This paper proposes a train gate thickness measuring instrument based on capacitive grid sensor with the aim of addressing the problems facing train maintenance personnel such as train segment thickness measurement. The study involves analyzing the working principle of the capacitive sensor and the wear range of the train gate;designing the measuring head of the four-section telescopic structure;analyzing and simulating the stress cloud of the whole measuring head and and identifying the wear life curve using Weibull probability statistics. The results show that the amount of wear of the boss in the measuring head is less than 0.3 mm within 10 000 cycles. This method could ensure the accuracy of the measurement of the thickness of the train gate.
