摘要
混凝土桥梁建造方法主要有2类——预制和现浇。这2种方法各有优点,也都存在一定的局限性。随着桥梁技术的不断发展,预制与现浇相结合的方法在桥梁建设中的运用越来越广,预制与现浇相结合可尽量克服各自短板而充分发挥其优点。以港珠澳大桥香港联络线为背景,介绍预制与现浇相结合的方法在该桥设计施工中的运用。港珠澳大桥香港联络线海上高架桥部分,墩身采用现浇底座加分节预制拼装的方法建造,承台采用预制外壳加二次浇筑混凝土的方法建造。这些新的施工方法给大桥建设带来极大便利。
There are two main types of construction methods for concrete bridges: prefabricated & cast-in-place. These two methods have their own advantages & limitations. With the continuous development of bridge technology, the combination of prefabricated & cast-in-place is more & more widely used in bridge construction. The combination of prefabricated & cast-in-place can overcome their own disadvantages, and give full play to their advantages. Taking the Hong Kong connecting line of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge as the background, this paper introduces the application of the combination of prefabricated & cast-inplace in the design & construction of the bridge. The pier body of sea viaduct of the Hong Kong connecting line of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is constructed by cast-in-place base with segmented prefabricated assembly, and the cushion cap is constructed by prefabricated shell with secondary concreting. These new construction methods bring great convenience to bridge construction.
