复杂条件地下空间集约化利用设计方案研究

摘要 以嘉兴平湖地区建国南路地道为例,介绍在深厚淤泥层、临近建筑群区域实现地面、地下空间统一规划,集约化利用空间的工程方案。地道纵断面受河道控制,为集约化利用空间,地道分为2层,负2层为车行道,负1层为车库。地下车库采用梁柱体系,结构中板为转换层。同时,结合周边环境条件,紧邻保留建筑群长大基坑采用有效的支护体系,开挖对周边环境的影响处于可控范围。针对深基坑变形控制及对周边建筑群保护的各个环节,提出建议。 Taking South Jianguo Rd. tunnel in Ping Lake area of Jiaxing as an example, this paper introduces the engineering scheme of realizing the unified planning of ground & underground space and intensively utilizing space in deep silt layer and adjacent building complex area. The vertical section of the tunnel is controlled by the riverway. For intensive use of the space, the tunnel is divided into two layers, the negative layer 2 is the roadway, and the negative layer 1 is the garage. The underground garage adopts beam-column system, and the slab in the structure is the transfer floor. At the same time, combined with the surrounding environmental conditions, an effective supporting system is adopted for the long foundation pit adjacent to the retained buildings, and the impact of excavation on the surrounding environment is in a controllable range. Suggestions are recommended for the deformation control of deep foundation pit & the protection of surrounding buildings.
