摘要
精表处是一种路面精细化表面处理薄层的预养护技术。研究参照最新的精表处设计指南选取3种改性乳化沥青即某成品SBS改性乳化沥青、某国产SBR胶乳改性乳化沥青和某进口SBR胶乳改性乳化沥青进行精表处混合料路用性能对比试验。在经过全面的配合比设计后,选取抗磨耗性能、抗水损坏性能以及抗滑性能三大指标评价其路用性能。试验过程和研究结果表明:在以试验级配为基础的配合比设计下,国产SBR-A改性乳化沥青与环氧聚氨酯热固性树脂具有更好的相融性,其精表处混合料的耐磨性能、抗水损坏性能和抗滑性能全面优于SBS改性乳化和进口SBR改性乳化沥青。
Fine surface is a kind of premaintenance technology for fine surface treatment of pavement. Three kinds of modified emulsified asphalts, namely, some SBS modified emulsified asphalt, some SBR latex modified emulsified asphalt made in China and some imported SBR latex modified emulsified asphalt, are selected to conduct comparative tests on pavement performance of fine surface asphalt mixture according to the latest design guidelines. After comprehensive mix proportion design, three indexes of wear resistance, water damage resistance & skid resistance are selected to evaluate the road performance. The experimental process & research results show that the domestic SBR-A modified emulsified asphalt has better compatibility with epoxy polyurethane thermosetting resin under the design of mix proportion based on experimental gradation, and its wear resistance, water damage resistance and skid resistance of fine surface mixture are better than those of SBS modified emulsified asphalt and imported SBR modified emulsified asphalt.
