摘要
石油修井机器人由转运模块、油管测量模块、油管抓放模块等8个自动化功能模块组成,具有保护油管丝扣,提升环保效益,降低修井作业风险等优点。江汉油田分公司采油气工程技术服务中心通过反复试验,验证了该设备的各项性能及其适应性、可靠性和安全性,理清存在的不足,找出改进的方向,为该设备的推广应用提供技术支撑。
The workover robot consists of 8 automation functional modules including transferring module, oil pipe measuring module and oil pipe catching-releasing module. It has advantages of protecting oil pipe screw thread, increasing the benefit of environmental protection and decreasing workover risk. Its repeated test has verified all its performances and adaptation, and reliability and security, raveled out its shortcomings and found out its improvement direction, thus providing the technical support for its popularization and application.
