坪北低渗透油藏原油计量工艺分析

摘要 在原油计量工艺发展过程中坪北油田结合自身实际,逐渐形成了简易方罐计量、流量计计量、全自动称重式计量等多种计量模式。分析各种计量方式的优缺点,将坪北低渗透油藏原油计量方式与信息化油田建设结合,推进原油计量方式向数字化、自动化、智能化转变,提出技术上可行、经济上合理的计量方式,为坪北油田原油计量工艺发展提供参考。 Multiple measurement models including simple square can measurement, flowmeter measurement and full-automatic weighting type measurement are built up in Pingbei Oilfield from its own reality in the process of crude oil measuring technology development. On the basis of analysis of advantage and disadvantage of all kinds of measurement methods, this paper combines crude oil measurement method of Pingbei low permeability reservoir with information oilfield construction to advance crude oil measurement method toward digitization, automation and intelligence and puts forward the measurement method that is workable in technology and reasonable in economy to provide a reference for crude oil measuring technology development in Pingbei Oilfield.
