Strengthening incorruptible culture establishment is very important in building a harmonious society and promoting an enterprise's sound development. From practice of Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute and combined with open problems, this paper conducts the exploration and practice of incorruptible culture establishment and finds a path for it.
