基于3D视觉重建识别与分析的输送线包裹目标智能分类系统设计

摘要 以一种基于3D视觉重建识别技术作为主要切入点,结合多种物联网传感器技术的优特点,解决某物流仓储传输线上的包裹无人快速智能化分类。通过对物流输送线上的目标包裹图像进行智能识别、自动分离分类作业的操作控制,为后续的储运规划配置环节自动生成优化方案,是一种应用于工业智能控制系统向一体化演变的新探索。 Taking a reconstruction based on 3D vision recognition technology as the main entry point, combined with a variety of iot optimal characteristics of sensor technology, solving of logistics warehousing on a transmission line package unattended quick intelligent classification. Through target of logistics transportation line package images for intelligent identification, automatic separation of the operation of the sorting process control, for the subsequent storage and transportation planning configuration link automatically generated optimization scheme, has been applied in industrial intelligent control system to a new exploration of the integration of evolution.
