摘要
随着社会的飞速发展,制造业自动化程度提高,传统的加工方式已经无法满足制造业。工业机器人应用在制造业领域日趋广泛,这对工业机器人人才的需求越来越多。基于RobotStudio软件分别采用手动离线编程和自动路径离线编程方法两种不同方法在基础模块走三角形。通过对比分析发现,手动离线编程适合简单路径编写,自动路径离线编程适合复杂路径编写且轨迹为一个整体,该法更简便。
With the rapid development of society and the improvement of manufacturing automation, the traditional processing methods have been unable to meet the manufacturing industry. Industrial robots are widely used in the manufacturing industry, which demands more and more industrial robot talents. Based on Robot Studio software, this paper adopts two different methods, manual off-line programming and automatic path off-line programming, to walk triangle in the basic module. Through comparison and analysis, it is found that manual off-line programming is suitable for simple path writing, automatic off-line path programming is suitable for complex path writing and the trajectory is a whole.
