摘要
对PID算法与专家规则PID算法做了一个对比,其中专家规则PID算法是一种改进的控制算法应用于PLC中。以西门子S7-1200PLC为中心控制器,并且在TIAPortalV15中利用梯形图方式编写了专家规则PID算法的一般形式,以便于多场合利用。
In this paper,a comparison between PID algorithm and expert rule PID algorithm is made. Expert rule PID algorithm is an improved control algorithm applied to PLC. The Siemens S7-1200 PLC is used as the central controller,and the general form of the expert rule PID algorithm is written in the TIA Portal V15 using the ladder diagram so that it can be used in multiple occasions.
