摘要
以步进电机为监控对象,利用PLC、触摸屏实现了对单轴精确定位系统控制。根据实验系统的控制要求,进行了硬件设计和软件设计。实验结果表明,单轴定位系统实现了位置的精确定位,误差为±1mm。实验系统稳定性和精确度较高。
In this paper,stepping motor is used as the monitoring object,PLC and touch screen are used to realize the control of single axis precise positioning system. According to the control requirements of the experimental system, hardware and software design were carried out. The experimental results showed that the single axis positioning system can accurately position the position with error of 1 mm. The experimental system had high stability and accuracy.
