铝型材产业市场份额大,铝型材在加工完成后必须进行包装以对其进行保护,目前大多铝型材生产企业的包装方式存在自动化不足的问题。针对现有的铝型材折叠式纸皮包装生产线,设计出一款自动缠带机的缠胶机构,主要由夹紧机构,抹平、切断机构组成,能够实现自动化固定、抹平与切断胶带。能为铝型材缠带机的缠胶机构设计提供参考。

The market share of aluminum profile industry is large. Aluminum profiles must be packaged after processing to protect them. Whereas insufficient automation exists in the packaging mode of many aluminum profile production enterprises. Aiming at the existing folding paper packaging production line of aluminum profile, an automatic tape winding structure is designed. The structure is mainly composed of clamping mechanism,smoothing and cutting mechanism,which can implement the fixing,smoothing and cutting of tapes automatically. This design provides a reference for the design of the tape winding structure of winding machines.
