摘要 航空发动机是一种复杂昂贵的高精密高可靠性机电液控一体化系统。航空发动机控制系统是航空发动机的神经中枢,其可靠性直接影响飞机的飞行安全,因而越来越受到研制方及使用方的高度重视和深入研究。首先分析了某型航空发动机控制系统的结构,阐述了GO法的具体分析流程,建立了航空发动机控制系统GO图模型;然后采用GO法的概率公式对航空发动机控制系统的可靠性进行了定量分析;最后将分析结果与FTA方法的分析结果进行对比,验证了GO法在航空发动机控制系统可靠性分析中的有效性和可用性。 As the power source of aircraft,aeroengine is a complicated high-precision system,and based on the integration of advanced electromechanical hydraulic control technology,aeroengine system has the features of expensive and high reliability. The control system is the nerve center of the aeroengine and the reliability of it directly affects flight safety of aircraft. Therefore,more and more attention is paid to the reliability of aeroengine control system. In this paper,first the structure of the aeroengine control system is analyzed,the specific analysis process of the GO methodology is expounded,the GO graph model of the aeroengine control system is established,and then the quantitative analysis of the aeroengine control system is carried out by using the probability formula of the GO methodology. The reliability analysis results are compared with those of the FTA method to verify the effectiveness and availability of the GO methodology in the reliability analysis of aeroengine control system.
