摘要
传统烟叶风分器中轻物料在第三惯性分离区风分出来后进入落料器出料,由于落料器转网在料气分离过程中易造成物料造碎,同时现场噪声过大,落料器工作性能受端盖、十字门密封性影响较大。设计了新型柔性落料设备,通过对比传统气锁落料器存在的问题,采用压缩空气隔离两区和清洁网孔,相对传统气锁落料器物料造碎、噪音和能耗等明显降低。通过结合FLUENTANSYS软件对风分器出料口风场模拟的结果对柔性落料设备的结构进行设计和优化,保证高效料气分离的同时,降低能耗、故障率和检修难度。结合试验数据对该设备的工作原理及工作特性进行了详细阐述,其特点主要是改变料气分离方式,进而降低电机功率减少能耗,从而减少噪声;通过循环网带分料,提高分料效率。符合我国打叶复烤技术节能、高效和精益管理的发展方向。
In the traditional pneumatic separator, light materials are separated by the air in the third inertial separation area and then enter the falling device for discharging. As the falling device turns the net in the process of material and gas separation, it is easy to cause the material to be broken. At the same time, the site noise is too large, and the working performance of the falling device is greatly affected by the sealing of the end cover and cross door. By comparing the existing problems of traditional air-lock blanking device, this new flexible blanking device adopts compressed air to separate two areas and clean mesh, which significantly reduces the material crushing, noise and energy consumption of traditional air-lock blanking device. Through the simulation results of the air field at the outlet of the air separator with FLUENT ANSYS software, the structure of the flexible falling equipment is designed and optimized to ensure the efficient separation of the material and gas and reduce energy consumption, failure rate and maintenance difficulty. Combined with the test data, the working principle and working characteristics of the equipment are described in detail. Its characteristics are mainly to change the separation mode of material and gas, so as to reduce motor power and energy consumption, and thus reduce noise. Improve material efficiency by circulating network. It accords with the development direction of energy saving, high efficiency and lean management of threshing and redrying technology in China.
