在煤矿原煤生产过程中,皮带运输机的转移效率与质量直接关系到矿井的正常生产,而在皮带运输机转移过程中,最困难的环节当属旧皮带的卷带回收。通过对矿井皮带运输机旧皮带的卷带回收过程中的常见困难的分析,有针对性地设计出了一款旧皮带卷带回收装置。

In the process of raw coal production in coal mine,the efficiency and quality of belt conveyor's moving are directly related to the normal production of mine,and the most difficult link in the process of belt conveyor's moving is the recovery of old belt. Based on the analysis of the common difficulties in the recovery process of the old belt of the mine belt conveyor,a device for the recovery of the old belt is designed in this paper.
