摘要 农村配电网普遍具有网架薄弱、供电半径较大、线径较小等特点,进而容易产生配电损耗大、低电压、三相不平衡等一系列问题。从分析网损及电能质量问题产生的机理出发,结合农村配电网的特点,提出了采用动态补偿装置、智能电容器及智能调压器相结合的农村配电网节能改造及电能质量提升方案,并选取了农村低压台区进行了试点应用。实践表明,所提方案在改善配电网电能质量各项指标的同时,还具有较为良好的降损效果。 Rural distribution network usually has the characteristics of weak grid,large power supply radius and small wire diameter, which is prone to a series of problems such as large distribution loss,low voltage and three-phase imbalance. Based on the analysis of the mechanism of network loss and power quality problems, combined with the characteristics of rural distribution network, this paper proposed a rural distribution network energy-saving transformation and power quality improvement scheme using dynamic compensation device, smart capacitor and intelligent voltage regulator, and selected the rural low-voltage distribution area for pilot application. Practice shows that the proposed scheme has a good effect of reducing the loss while improving the power quality indicators of the distribution network.
