Development and Application of Supporting Drilling Rig for Mine Comprehensive Excavation Machine

为加快施工钻孔,提升矿井综掘效率,研制了一种综掘机综掘作业配套钻机,具体介绍了该种钻机的作业原理,大致结构及主要技术参数,实际应用结果表明,该种钻机不仅噪声小,动力充沛,钻进速度快,而且可省去大量钻进工序,优化作业流程,减轻工人作业强度,可显著提高矿井综掘效率,具有较高的推广应用价值。

In order to speed up the construction of drilling and improve the efficiency of mine comprehensive excavation, this paper developed a matching drilling rig for the comprehensive excavation machine,and introduced the operation principle,general structure and main technical parameters of the drilling rig. The practical application results show that The rig not only has low noise,abundant power and fast drilling speed,but also can save a lot of drilling processes,optimize the operation process,reduce the work intensity of the workers, and can significantly improve the efficiency of mine comprehensive excavation, and has high promotion and application value.
