摘要
广州地铁八号线A2型车进口闸瓦在使用过程中多次出现背板断裂、裂纹情况,针对此问题,从闸瓦与闸瓦托匹配情况、闸瓦尺寸、背板材质分析、背板应力分析4个方面对断裂、裂纹产生的原因进行分析,并提出了维修策略。
The breakage and crack of the back plate of the model A2 car import brake shoe of Guangzhou Metro Line 8 occurred many times during its use. Aiming at this problem, the causes of fracture and crack are analyzed from four aspects: matching of brake shoe and brake shoe brake shoe, size of brake shoe, material analysis of back plate and stress analysis of back plate, and maintenance strategies are put forward.
