摘要
为了探讨以赖草为典型的通过根茎进行无性繁殖的植物的实生苗在沙地的生长特性,通过设置不同氮磷比例、营养浓度、光周期和干旱交替处理,对其幼苗根长、侧根数、根冠质量比、分蘖和根茎发生等根系发育特征进行分析。结果表明,高氮磷处理和干旱交替处理均会降低赖草幼苗根系延伸生长速度和侧根的发生数,并且会推迟分蘖根茎的产生;干旱交替处理对幼苗株高影响不显著;高浓度营养促进幼苗产生分蘖和根茎;另外,相比于8h短光照,12h长光照更有利于赖草幼苗根系发育和分蘖发生。
Leymus secalinus is a typical rhizomatous grass which depends on clonal growth by rhizomes.To study the growth characteristics of the Leymus secalinus seedlings in sandy land,including the root length,lateral roots number,mass ratio of root and shoot,the tillering ability,the experiment was carried out by using different nitrogen and phosphorus proportion,nutrient concentration,photoperiod and drought to treat the seedings.The results show that both high nitrogen and phosphorus and drought treatments can reduce the root growth rate and the number of lateral roots of Leymus secalinus seedlings and delay the production of tiller rhizomes.The effect of drought treatment has no significant effect on plant height,and high concentration nutrition can promote tillering and rhizome production in seedlings.In addition,compared with 8 h short illumination,12 h long illumination is more conducive to root development and tillering of Leymus secalinus seedlings.
