摘要
乌江流域、北盘江流域两大流域水电站群已初步形成,乌江集控中心、黔源库坝中心均成熟开展梯级优化调度工作,为深度挖掘水能利用率,实现跨流域优化调度,建设的跨流域水电站群协调优化调度系统,可为多方提供数据查询、分析和决策支持,促进数据和资源共享,实现调度方案多方异地会商;该系统建设为有效地协调流域间的发电目标、减少弃水提供了一种科学的解决思路和实例参考,提高了工作效率。
The hydropower stations in Wujiang River basin and Beipan River basin have been formed initially.Both Wujiang Central Control Center and Qianyuan Reservoir and Dam Center have matured to carry out cascade optimal dispatching work.In order to excavate the utilization ratio of water energy deeply,realize the optimal dispatching of interbasin,the coordinated optimal dispatching system of interbasin hydropower stations can provide data query,analysis and decision support for multi-parties,promote data and resource sharing,and realize multi-location consultation of dispatching schemes.The system provides a scientific solution and practical reference for effectively coordinating power generation objectives between river basins and reducing abandoned water,and improves work efficiency.
