风力发电机变桨轴承外圈的在役超声波检测技术应用

Application of In-Service Ultrasonic Testing Technology for Wind Generator Pitch Bearing Outer Ring

笔者介绍了一种超声波A型脉冲反射法对风力发电机变桨轴承外圈检测的应用案例,针对检测对象的特点,确定了检测参数及工艺。检测结果表明,该方法能对风力发电机变桨轴承外圈实施有效检测。

In this paper,an application case of ultrasonic A-type pulse reflection method for testing the outer ring of wind generator pitch bearing is introduced.According to the characteristics of the testing object,the testing parameters and technology are determined.The test results show that the method can effectively detect the outer ring of the wind generator pitch bearing.
