Research on Demand Management of Enterprise Informationization

在企业信息化工作中,信息化需求始终扮演着重要的角色,为做好信息化工作,推动企业可持续发展,笔者通过实践与总结,结合需求工程和软件工程的基本原理提出了信息化需求的“四期管理法”,以实现全生命周期的需求管理与控制,提升信息化质量与效果。

In the enterprise informationization work,the informationization demand always plays an important role.In order to do the informationization work well and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise,the author puts forward the “four-phase management method” of informationization demand through practice and summary,combining with the basic principles of demand engineering and software engineering,in order to realize the demand management and control of the whole life cycle,and to improve the quality and effect of informationization.
