氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的临床效果与安全性观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的临床效果与安全性。方法:选取100例急性化脓性中耳炎患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采取氯霉素滴耳液治疗,观察组采取氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及听力情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为96.00(48/50),明显高于对照组的82.00%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.00%(3/50),明显低于对照组的24.00%(12/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组听力明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的临床效果及安全性优于氯霉素滴耳液治疗。 Objective: To observe clinical effects and safety of Ofloxacin ear drops in treatment of acute suppurative otitis media. Methods: 100 patients with acute suppurative otitis media were selected as the study objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50). The control group was treated with Chloramphenicol ear drops, while the observation group was treated with Ofloxacin ear drops. The clinical effects, adverse reactions and hearing conditions were compared between the two groups. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 96.00 (48/50), which was significantly higher than 82.00%(41/50) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.00%(3/50), which was significantly lower than the control group of 24.00%(12/50), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the treatment, the hearing condition of the observation group was significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: Ofloxacin ear drops in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media are superior to Chloramphenicol ear drops with higher safety.
