Whether a decision can be effectively implemented directly affects the effectiveness of the enterprise management.In the actual work,there are cases where the decision is made accurately and duly but the result is not satisfactory.In response to such situations,a supervision system that is lead by goals,oriented by results and serves the overall situation is established,in which control of the key aspects in decision implementation are emphasized,operating procedures are standardized.Through a supervision and management project mechanism that combs,confirms,and issues orders,a process control mechanism is established for weekly statistics,monthly notifications and quarterly evaluations;a real-time feedback mechanism based on information technology strengthens the closed-loop control of results review and comprehensive evaluation.All has played an important role in improving the effectiveness of all decision- making and practice and is of practical guiding significance to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.
