国网宣城供电公司鳌峰路营业厅作为整个公司“一口对外”的窗口,客户服务的第一线,更要建成具有智慧特征的“生命体”班组,实现班组向技术驱动型、知识驱动型组织转变,向一专多能、协同高效队伍转变,从而达到以班组为前沿阵地,全面开拓电力市场、提升客户体验、保障安全生产、增加企业效益的目的。
Working at the forefront,the business hall of State Grid Xuancheng Power Supply Company at Aofeng Road provides one-stop services for customers.Therefore,it is more necessary to be built as an intelligent team of "organic whole",realizing the transformation to a technology-driven,knowledge-driven organization and a more efficient and versatile group,so as to achieve the goals of opening up the power market,improving customer experience,ensuring production safety,and increasing business efficiency.
