新建本科院校经过20多年的建设发展,在教育教学、人才培养、内部管理等各方面均取得了长足的发展,为我国建成世界上规模最大的高等教育体系,推进高等教育大众化进程做出了不可磨灭的巨大贡献。但由于多种原因,新建本科高校在学生工作理念、制度机制建设、教育引导方法上存在着与新时代要求相脱节的问题。因此,只有转变工作理念、不断创新制度机制,才能更好地实现立德树人的教育目标,培养出优质的社会主义合格建设者和接班人。

With the development of more than 20 years of newly built undergraduate colleges and universities,great progress has been made in various aspects,including the education teaching,personnel training,the internal management and so on.An indelible contribution has been made to the building of the world's largest higher education system and the process of popularization of higher education in our country.However,due to a variety of reasons,there exist problems that the concept of student work,system construction,education methods of newly built undergraduate colleges and universities can't meet the requirements of the new era.Therefore,the only way out is to change the work idea,and innovate system mechanism,so that the goal of education in the cultivating people's character and improving knowledge can be better realized,and qualified builders and successors of socialism can be trained.
