学分互认下的电力行业校企继续教育探析

摘要 基于学分制的电力专业继续教育要求构建出多样化的人才培养模式。如何有效地将电力企业员工从不同渠道获得的学分与高校专业学习学分要求进行联系,建立起互联互通的“立交桥”是当前亟待解决的问题。文章针对目前电力校企间学分互认的发展、互换模式的建立及存在的问题进行了探讨和思考。 The continuing education based on credit system in the electric industry requires to build a diversified talent training mode.It has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently to establish an interconnected "flyover",effectively linking credits obtained from different channels by employees in electric power enterprises with the requirements of professional learning credits in colleges and universities.In this paper,the development of credit mutual recognition between colleges and electric power enterprises,the establishment of exchange mode and the existing problems are discussed and considered.
