我国电子竞技产业发展风险与规避研究

Development Risks and Circumvention of Electronic Athletic Industry in China

基于风险理论对我国电子竞技产业发展过程中存在的风险进行了分析。研究认为,我国电子竞技产业在发展过程中存在生命周期风险、技术革新风险、产业政策风险、企业战略风险、人力资源风险。提出以下建议:增强风险意识,调整产品结构;提升创新能力,引入先进技术;出台扶持政策,优化发展环境;加强战略管理,提高竞争能力;发展电竞教育,培育复合人才。

Based on the risk theory,this paper identifies and analyzes the risks existing in the development of e-sports industry in China.It points out that there are life circle risk,technological innovation risk,industrial policy risk,enterprise strategic risk and human resource risk in the development of e-sports industry in China.It is suggested that the risk awareness should be strengthened,the product structure should be adjusted,the innovation ability should be enhanced,the advanced technology should be introduced,the supporting policies should be issued to optimize the development environment,the strategic management should be strengthened,and the competitiveness should be improved.The paper also proposes to develop e-sports education,cultivate compound talents and other aspects of risk aversion,so as to achieve the healthy development of e-sports industry.
