摘要
建立了滚动轴承故障模拟试验台,对无故障轴承、外圈故障、滚动体故障和内圈故障滚动轴承在不同转速工况下同时进行声发射测试和振动测试。分析各种工况下声发射信号和振动信号的有效值、峰值、峰值因数和峭度的变化规律。研究结果显示所选取的信号参数对故障轴承的转速及轴承元件的故障较敏感,故障点数量变化对所选参数无明显规律。
A rolling bearing fault simulation test rig is established.The normal bearing and bearings with out race faults,rolling elements faults and inner race faults are tested by acoustic emission method and vibration method in condition of different rotation speeds simultaneously.RMS,peak,crest factor and kurtosis of acoustic emission signals and vibration signals in different conditions are analyzed.The research results show that the signal parameters selected in this paper are sensitive to the faulty bearing speed and the failure of the bearing components.The number of fault points has no obvious relationship for the selected parameters.
