基于变形最小化的航空框类整体件加工策略分析 被引量:2

The Analysis of Machining Strategy for Aeronautical Frame Integral Parts Based on Deformation Minimization

摘要 为揭示不同加工工序对航空框类整体结构件加工变形的影响,基于有限元建立初始残余应力引起框类整体结构件加工变形的预测模型,根据毛坯初始应力引起框类零件的加工变形规律,基于航空框类整体结构件变形最小化,研究了不同加工工序对框类结构件变形的影响。结果表明:先去除隔框材料,再去除中间圆孔材料,最后去除周边材料的加工顺序对单面隔框件加工变形的影响最小。 In order to reveal the influence of different machining processes on the machining deformation of aeronautical frame integral structural parts,a prediction model of machining deformation of frame integral structural parts caused by residual stress is established based on finite element ABAQUS.According to the rules of machining deformation of frame-type parts caused by initial stress of blank,and based on the minimization of deformation of aeronautical frame-like integral structural parts,the influence of different machining order on the deformation of frame-like structural parts is studied.The results show that the order of removing the partition material first,then the circular hole material and the peripheral material last has the least effect on the deformation of the single-sided partition.
