摘要
蒸汽吞吐工艺施工简单,收效快,不需要进行特别的试验研究,可直接在生产井实施,边生产边实验,因而受到人们的普遍欢迎。本文讲述了渤海油田某井蒸汽吞吐管线的断裂情况,并且通过对该断裂管线的形貌观察、腐蚀产物检测、油泥垢样分析、腐蚀失效影响因素评估等全方位的综合性分析,总结出该井的腐蚀原因,提出了适合用于该井的热采操作建议。
The steam huff and puff technology is simple in construction and quick in effect. It can be directly implemented in production wells without special experimental research, so it is applied preferably. This paper describes the fracture of steam huff and puff pipeline in a well in Bohai Oilfield. Through comprehensive analysis of the fracture pipeline's morphology observation, corrosion products detection, oil sludge sample analysis and corrosion failure factors evaluation, the corrosion causes of the well are described. Suggestions on thermal recovery and processing suitable for the well are put forward accordingly.
