Determination of 9 trace elements in Pinghe County Eleusine coracana Gaertn with ICP-AES method simultaneously

用ICP-AES法同时测定平和县红粟米中钼、锌、钴、铁、硼、锰、锗、铜、锶9种微量元素。9种元素检出限在0.0008~0.01mg/L之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)<6.22%,回收率为90.0~104.0%,此法测定结果准确度高,检出限低。结果表明,平和县红粟米中锶的含量相对较高,是一种对人体非常有益的健康杂粮。

ICP-AES method was used for the simultaneous determination of nine trace elements(molybdenum,zinc,cobalt, iron,boron,manganese,germanium,copper and strontium)in Eleusine coracana Gaertn in Pinghe County. The detection limits of nine elements are between 0.0008 and 0.01mg/L,the relative standard deviation(RSD)is less than 6.22%,and the recovery is 90.0~104.0%. The method has high accuracy and low detection limit. The results showed that the content of Strontium in Eleusine coracana Gaertn in Pinghe County was relatively high,and it was a very beneficial healthy grain for human body.
