摘要 幼儿园教师专业能力提升是促进学前教育事业发展的重要方面。然而,在现实幼儿园中教师的专业能力存在严重问题,不符合《幼儿园教师专业标准》中教师专业能力所要达到的要求,与国家现阶段提出对幼儿园教师的要求不符。安徽省位于我国中部,选取省内几所不同地域及城市等级的公立幼儿园,研究结果能反映出中部地区的幼儿教师专业能力发展情况具有一定的代表性,能为提高中部地区幼儿教师的专业能力及促进幼儿园教育的发展提供一定的经验。 The improvement of kindergarten teachers' professional competence is an important aspect to promote the development of preschool education. However, in reality, there are serious problems in the professional ability of teachers in kindergartens, which do not meet the requirements for the professional ability of teachers in kindergarten professional standards for kindergarten teachers, and do not accord with the requirements for kindergarten teachers proposed by the state at the present stage. This article selects several different areas in Anhui province which is located in the middle of our country, and several city-level public kindergartens. The results can reflect the preschool teacher's professional ability development in the central regions and has certain representativeness. It can improve preschool teachers' professional ability in central districts and provide a certain amount of experience of promoting the development of the kindergarten education.
