乡村振兴战略视域下乡村文化建设的新路径

A New Approach to the Construction of Rural Culture from the Strategic Perspective of Rural Revitalization

党的十九大首次提出乡村振兴战略这一重大决策,涉及政治、经济、文化、社会和生态等各个领域的振兴。其中乡村文化建设是乡村振兴的题中应有之义,它对乡村振兴具有重要作用,是农民凝心聚力的黏合剂,是乡村生活和谐的稳定器,是乡村精神回归的新引擎。由此,基于当前乡村文化建设存在建设主体即农民的缺位、建设客体即乡村文化资源的破坏以及建设介体即学校教育的失范等问题,在乡村战略视域下始终坚持农民的主体建设地位,重视乡村文化资源的保护利用,加强乡村学校的文化教育,探索推动中国乡村文化振兴的建设新路径。

The 19th CPC National Congress put forward the strategy of rural revitalization for the first time, which include politics, economics, culture, society and ecology revitalization. Among all these areas, rural cultural construction plays an important role in rural revitalization. It units farmers, stabilizes harmonious rural life, leads the return of rural spirit. Thus, based on the problems of current rural cultural construction such as a lack of farmers, the destruction of rural cultural resources and anomie of school education, we should adhere to the main construction status of farmers in the perspective of rural strategy, attach importance to the protection and utilization of rural cultural resources, strengthen the cultural education of rural schools, and explore new ways to promote the development of Chinese rural culture revitalization.
