摘要
支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞已经广泛应用于颅内动脉瘤的治疗,多项研究证实支架对颅内动脉瘤的血流动力学会产生一定影响。该文从支架本身、载瘤动脉、支架置入操作和支架治疗方案选择方面对支架置入对颅内动脉瘤血流动力学参数的影响进行综述。
Stent-assisted coiling technology is widely used in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms.Many studies suggest that stenting may have an impact on patients' intra-aneurysmal hemodynamics.The effect of stenting on hemodynamic parameters of intracranial aneurysms involving aspects of stent properties,parent vessel,implantation technique and stent selection strategy will be reviewed.
