新工科背景下的“六面一体”产教融合模式探索——以福州外语外贸学院信管专业为例 被引量:5

摘要 新工科背景下,产教融合对高素质应用型人才的培养具有重要意义,但目前产教融合存在校方“一头热”、缺乏深层次合作等问题,如何实现校企深层次合作是我们亟待解决的问题。“六面一体”产教融合模式分别从校企联合制定人才培养方案、校企共建课程、校企共建基地、校企共建师资等方面论述了产教融合的具体举措。 Under the background of the new subject,the integration of industry and education is of great significance to the training of high-quality applied talents.However,there are some problems in the integration of industry and education,such as the “one-head craze” of the university and the lack of deep-seated cooperation.How to realize the deep-seated cooperation between the university and the enterprise is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper puts forward the “hexahedron” mode of integration of industry and education,and discusses the specific measures of integration of industry and education from the aspects of joint formulation of talent training program,joint curriculum construction between schools and enterprises,joint construction of bases between schools and enterprises,and joint construction of teachers between schools and enterprises.
