摘要 宁波大学作为一所在改革开放中崛起的地方综合性大学,在发展过程中不断更新教育观念,通过实施个性化的培养目标、个性化的遴选方式、个性化的培养举措和个性化的评价考核机制,探索、创新和完善创新人才个性化培养模式。同时,在“双一流”高校建设的新背景下,要进一步更新教育观念,从完善生源选拔机制、构建新型教学模式、充分发挥导师作用等方面入手,不断完善拔尖创新人才培养模式,为我国新时代社会主义建设输送大批高级人才。 Ningbo University,as a local comprehensive university rising from the reform and opening up,constantly renews its educational concept in the course of its development.It explores,innovates and perfects the individualized training mode of innovative talents by implementing individualized training objectives,individualized selection methods,individualized training measures and individualized evaluation mechanism.At the same time,under the new background of the construction of “double-first-class” universities,we should constantly improve the training mode of top-notch innovative talents from the aspects of actively renewing educational concepts,perfecting the selection mechanism of students,building a new teaching mode and giving full play to the role of tutors,so as to provide a large number of senior talents for the socialist construction in the new era of our country.
