摘要
目的探讨脂溶性维生素联合熊去氧胆酸与还原型谷胱甘肽在药物性肝炎患者中的疗效及安全性。方法选取2016年1月至2017年10月我院收治的60例药物性肝炎患者,随机分为2组,每组30例。对照组患者接受脂溶性维生素注射液Ⅱ静脉滴注,2次/d;研究组患者在脂溶性维生素治疗的基础上联合熊去氧胆酸与还原型谷胱甘肽。结果治疗后,两组患者AST、GGT、ALP、TBIL、TBA、HA、IV-C、LN、PC-Ⅲ水平均下降(P<0.05),但研究组血生化、肝纤维化指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(10.00%vs.33.33%,P<0.05)。结论在对药物性肝炎的治疗中,应停止服用导致患者出现药物性肝炎的相关药物,使用熊去氧胆酸与还原型谷胱甘肽能够在一定程度上降低并发症的几率,改善其肝纤维化指标及血生化指标,提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of liposoluble vitamins combined with ursodeoxycholic acid and reduced glutathion for patients with drug-induced hepatitis.Methods Totally 60 patients with drug-induced hepatitis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with intravenous drip of liposoluble vitamin injection Ⅱ,twice daily;study group was given liposoluble vitamin combined with ursodeoxycholic acid and reduced glutathion.Results After treatment,the levels of AST,GGT,ALP,TBIL,TBA,HA,IV-C,LN and PC-Ⅲ of patients were decreased(P<0.05),while the indexes of blood biochemistry and liver fibrosis in study group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in study group was lower than that of control group(10.00% vs.33.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with drug-induced hepatitis,the drugs that can induce hepatitis should be stopped.Ursodeoxycholic acid and reduced glutathion can reduce the risk of complications to a certain extent,improve the indexes of liver fibrosis and blood biochemistry,and improve the therapeutic effect.
