由于新能源汽车购买时享受政府补助,其车险的保险利益与保险金额有较大差异,新能源汽车车险保险利益的认定成为一个争议的话题。本文从研究新能源汽车保险利益争议的案件出发,从保险法视角和经济学视角探讨新能源汽车保险利益中存在的问题,并提出明确保险金额的认定、制定新能源汽车车险专有的标准、严格依法经营等对策。

Based on the research of new energy automobile insurable interest case, this article explores the problems existing in the new energy automobile insurable interests from the perspective of laws and economics, and puts forward suggestions on specific determination of the amount insured, new energy vehicles car insurance proprietary standards, strict management measures in accordance with the law, etc.
