摘要
新常态下,无论是教育主管部门、中国人寿集团党委,还是保险职业学院自身,都要求紧跟时代步伐,转型升级,稳步发展。但因各种原因,保险职业学院的发展还存在诸多的问题和困难。无论从行动学习理论模型还是企业的实践,都证明行动学习能成为学院创新发展的助推器,有力推动学院的转型升级。
Under the new normal, both the education authorities and Party Committee of China Life(Group),as well as the development of the college itself require our college should closely keep up with the times, transform, upgrade and develop stably. Nevertheless, for various reasons, there exist many a problems and difficulties. Both the Action Learning Theory Model and enterprise practice have proved that action learning can boost the innovation and transformation and upgrading of the college.
