津力达颗粒对糖尿病病人常见中医证候的影响

The Influence of Jinlida Granule on Common Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察津力达颗粒治疗对糖尿病病人常见中医证候的影响。方法选取唐山市中医医院心内科门诊及住院治疗的糖尿病病人220例,分为津力达组120例和常规组100例,津力达组在常规组基础上给予口服津力达颗粒治疗,于入组时及治疗后4周查血糖、肝功能、肾功能,并评价中医证候改善情况。结果糖尿病常见中医证候中口干、烦渴、大便干燥、腰膝酸软、疲倦乏力、面色晦暗、口唇紫绀、舌质紫暗、脉细数比例均大于40%;而传统糖尿病中医证候多饮、尿频量多、多食易饥、形体消瘦比例均不足40%。津力达组与常规组比较,口干、烦渴、多饮、多食易饥、形体消瘦、大便干燥、腰膝酸软、疲倦乏力、五心烦热、自汗、盗汗、畏寒、面色晦暗、舌质紫暗、脉细数均明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论津力达颗粒治疗糖尿病疗效确切,中医证候改善明显。

Objective To observe the influence of Jinlida granule on common traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes in patients witn diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods Two hundred and twenty DM patients from department of cardiology's outpatient and inpatient of Tangshan TCM Hospital were selected,randomly divided into Jinlida group ( n =120) and the conventional group( n =100),Jinlida group was given oral Jinlida granule on the basis of the conventional group.Blood glucose,liver function,kidney function were mesured and the TCM symptoms were evaluated at baseline and after 4 weeks treatment. Results Dry mouth,thirst,dry stool,weakness of waist and knees,fatigue,dark complexion,cyanosis of lips,dark purple tongue and pulse count were more than 40% in DM common TCM syndrome,however,the prevalence rate of some traditional TCM syndromes of DM is less than 40%,such as polydipsia,frequent urination,polyphagia and hungry,emaciation.Dry mouth,polydipsia,polyphagia and hungry,emaciation,dry stool,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,fatigue,dysphoria in chestpalms-soles,spontaneous perspiration,night sweat,chilly,dark complexion,dark purple tongue and pulse count of Jinlida group were significantly improved than conventional group,the difference have statistical significance ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Jinlida granules has definite effect on the DM,and TCM symptoms of DM improved significantly.
