标准化分级转运方案对急诊ICU病人院内转运时血氧饱和度的影响 被引量:32

摘要 [目的]探讨标准化分级转运方案对急诊重症监护室(ICU)院内转运病人血氧饱和度(SpO2)的影响。[方法]选取2017年9月—10月山西省某三级甲等医院急诊科ICU的68例院内转运病人作为研究对象。按时间先后顺序将2017年9月的34例转运病人设为对照组,2017年10月的34例转运病人设为干预组。比较两组病人在院内转运时SpO2降低的发生率和转运时间。[结果]干预组病人转运时间为(14.15±4.34)min,对照组为(17.21±5.51)min,两组病人转运时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组病人SpO2降低的发生率为11.8%,对照组为55.9%,两组SpO2降低的发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]标准化分级转运模式的实施,可有效降低危重症病人院内转运途中SpO2降低的发生率,缩短院内转运时间,提高转运安全和转运效率。 Objective: To explore the influences of standardized hierarchical transport model on reducing the incidence of oxygen saturation(SpO 2)reduction in intra-hospital transport of intensive care unit patients in emergency department. Methods: A total of 68 intra-hospital transport patients of intensive care unit in emergency department of a tertiary grade A hospital in Shanxi province from September to October 2017 were selected as subjects.The 34 patients in September 2017 were set as the control group in chronological order.The 34 patients in October 2017 were set as the intervention group.The incidence and transit time of SpO 2 reduction in the intra-hospital transport of patients in two groups were compared. Results: The intra-hospital transport time of the intervention group was(14.15± 4.34)min.And the control group was(17.21±5.51)min.There was a statistically significant difference in terms of the intra-hospital transport time between the two groups( P <0.05).The incidence of SpO 2 reduction was 11.8% in the intervention group and 55.9% in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in terms of the incidence of SpO 2 reduction between the two groups( P <0.01). Conclusion: The implementation of standardized hierarchical transport model could effectively reduce the incidence of SpO 2 reduction in critically ill patients, shorten the transit time in hospital,and improve the transport safety and transport efficiency.
